kudos to Kerala government for substantially raising the pay and perks of its officers.
no government in the past has done such a marvelous favour and consideration to the employees.
the surprising fact is that this government paid hiked pays twice. the pay revision added new flavour to the state employee's lives and career by adding new facilities and provisions instead of stealing away the ones already given.
